  • My "Check Engine" light came on, what should I do next? We'd highly recommend popping open your hood to visually inspect your engine.  Sometimes a loose cap or cover can trigger your check engine light, and save you a trip to our Service Center in Erie.  On location, our OEM-certified technicians can hook up devices to your vehicle that will tell you exactly the source of the check engine warning.

  • Do I really need to use genuine BMW parts when replacing them in my BMW vehicle? The answer is yes if you want your BMW to keep running the way it was the day you drove it home to Edinboro or Conneaut.  How much faith does BMW have in their genuine parts?  Every BMW-certified part in our New Motors BMW Parts Center is covered with a 2-year/unlimited mileage warranty.

  • How often do I need to treat my vehicle to regular maintenance like oil changes, tire rotation, and general inspections?  Stay in tune with your vehicle's regular driving style and pay close attention to noises or changes in rates of fuel consumption.  Although these types of maintenance happen on a suggested timetable, (every 6 months, once a year, etc.) vehicle damage does not stick to anybody's schedule.  Trust the relationship that you have with your vehicle to know when something is wrong, and schedule an appointment with New Motors BMW.
